Job Description
Staff Management:
- • Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house team
- • Set schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
- • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and service quality.
- • Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Customer Service:
- • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring top-notch service and resolving customer concerns.
- • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Oversight:
- • Assist Restaurant Manager to handle day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- • Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control costs to achieve budget targets
Marketing and Promotion:
- • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and collaborations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- • Prepare regular periodic reports of operations
Qualifications:
- • Max 38 years old
- • Willing to work in Serang
- • Proven experience as a restaurant manager minimum 2 years
- • Strong leadership and team management skills
- • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- • Solid understanding of restaurant operations
- • Proficient in inventory management
- • Effective communication and organizational skills
- • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
