Job Description
- We are hiring for Ticketing Reservation who are eager to join our team
What are we looking for:
- Fresh graduates or experienced candidates age between 21 – 30 years old
- Ability to operate GDS (Galileo or Sabre) will be prioritized
- A detail-oriented person who is able to multi task
- A good team player and customer-oriented
- Good communication (writing and speaking) skills both in Indonesian and English
- Passionate in hospitality industry
- Having some travel experiences is a great plus point
- Roles
- Handle incoming flight reservation inquiries, providing information about flight availability and rates, and assisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations.
- Address guest’s problems or issues related to reservations and provide a satisfactory solutions
- Maintain accurate reports of reservation activities
