- The job provides mission-critical connectivity related to quality control, quality assurance, and compliance. In this role you will support both Metro and Non Metro Operations, on analyze the data, coordinating communications with internal and external partners, initiate operation related project, and creating visibility regarding the progress of the projects.
As an senior analyst of OPEX Governance, Quality, and Compliance, you will be responsible for:
- • Creating, review, and revise any regulation and guidance for to govern all operational activities within the function scope. Analyzing the gap between ideal and current situation in operation which means to improve company’s competitiveness.
- • Working with internal and external partners on creating, review, and revise the documents. Creating the instrument to assess and measure the compliance performance of Operations.
- • Providing visibility or transparent data on the project progress.
- • Directing assignment and task, ensuring assigned person in charge to do the right activities in the right way.
- Job Requirements
Competency:
- – Able to handle ambiguous or vaguely defined challenges and articulate technical solutions through abstract thinking.
- – Effective communication (oral and written) using Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- – Familiar with flow process diagram (having proper skillful to draw and read the diagram).
- – Comfortable with figures, must have solid data analytics skills and knowledge (having proper skillful in Microsoft Excel).
- – Structured thinking, analytics driven, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- – Comfortable with presentation, must be able to create a structured story-line slides, and manage to deliver the presentation in the right manner (having proper skillful in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word).
Requirements:
- 1、Bachelor’s degree
- 2、Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics.
- 3、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it in a clear, concise manner.
- 4、Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- 5、Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
