What you’ll do:
- The primary function of the job is to manage all PQ sales efforts within the country either direct or through partners; achieve annual sales and growth targets.
- A. Responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue quotas for each selected segment e.g. Healthcare, IT, Banking, Goverment etc.
- B. Walk the market to understand the ongoing projects and bring the projects leads to the partner
- C. Work with the partners to clearly define project scope, ensure sustainability of business & partner relationship.
- D. Build strong relationships with key end user customers in specific growing segment to enhance long term business prospects
- E. Identify potential growing segment, develop business plan and implement it to increase market-share and profitability of products and services
F. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
- a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
- b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
- c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
- d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
- e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
- f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Preferably majoring in Engineering, Science or Business
- Min 5-8 years of related channel sales experience (preferably UPS/Rack/PDU/ DCIM software/Cooling system Sales Experience)
Skills:
- Significant Electrical Product/Services Knowledge
- Familiar with PowerPoint & Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Building strong customer intimacy
