Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager  to lead our organization. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the furniture industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for creating exceptional products and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities / CEO:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the company’s vision and strategic plan to foster growth and profitability. Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure the efficient operation of all business functions, including production, supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service. Implement best practices to enhance operational performance.

Financial Stewardship:

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure the company meets its financial goals while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Market Positioning:

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to position the company effectively. Lead branding and marketing efforts to strengthen the company’s presence in the industry.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, suppliers, and customers. Communicate the company’s vision and progress effectively to all stakeholders.

Team Development:

Build and nurture a high-performing executive team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability throughout the organization.

Sustainability and Innovation:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience in the furniture industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and business strategy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in production, supply chain, and inventory management. Implement best practices to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

Sales & Marketing:

Drive sales initiatives and marketing strategies to expand market presence. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Financial Oversight:

Manage the budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for executive leadership.

Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met. Address customer concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance & Quality Control:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in management roles within the furniture industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
