Team and Role Introduction:
- The Creative Associate Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that support both external and internal marketing efforts.
- This role is essential in driving brand awareness, increasing lead generation through various advertising channels, and fostering a strong internal company culture. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other creative assets, ensuring that all marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- 1) Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand identity and business objectives.
- 2) Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to produce visuals, videos, and other creative assets for both internal and external marketing.
- 3) Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and promotional items.
- 4) Lead creative initiatives for external marketing to increase brand awareness, enhance social media presence, and generate leads via digital and offline channels.
- 5) Drive internal marketing efforts by promoting the company’s culture and values, aiming to improve employee engagement, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and participation rates in internal programs.
- 6) Experiment with new creative approaches to engage target audiences and boost conversion rates.
- 7) Manage a small team of designers and content creators to deliver consistent, innovative marketing materials.
- Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- -2-4 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably in a logistics, e-commerce, agency, or related industry.
- -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- -Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
- -Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
- -Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and web analytics.
- – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- -Hands-on experience developing creative assets (designs, videos, etc.) for both digital and offline marketing channels.
- -Experience working within a team and collaborating with departments such as sales, operations, and product.
- -Familiarity with managing social media content creation, campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
- -Experience in internal marketing, employee engagement, or corporate communication is a plus.
