General Requirements:
a.Education:
College (preferable)
b.Age:
25~45 (years)
c.Experience:
More than 5 years
- d.Establish and run the work process (SOP) correctly;
- e.Active communication among employees;
- f.Comply with the company’s confidentiality regulations；
- g.MS Office and Internet;
- h.English both in written and verbal;
Specific Requirements:
- a.Ability to review and revise equipment operation SOP and operation and maintenance manual;
- b.Ability to timely grasp equipment operating status and production status assessment;
- c.Be familiar with the structure, principles, and characteristics of the equipment and the basic principles of all protective and automatic devices.
- d.Ability to analyze various accidents and abnormal situations, and guide operators to perform normal operations and handle abnormal accidents.
- e.Ability to analyze and supervise various economic and technical indicators.
- f.Be familiar with the operating principles of systems and equipment.
- g.Be familiar with national and industry standards related to Thermal coal-fired power plant.
