Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop a recruitment plan and hiring strategy for various technical roles
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs
- Conduct initial screening, reviewing technical qualifications and assessing cultural fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection
- Update recruitment trackers regularly with the latest information on candidate status, interviews, offers, and feedback
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all recruitment documentation and tracking systems
- Generate and present regular recruitment reports to stakeholders and hiring managers
Requirements:
- Having 1 solid year of experience in handling Tech Hiring
- Excellent sourcing and evaluation skills
- Proven experience in building talent pool for Tech team
- Good interpersonal skills (communication & stakeholder management)
- Excellent in using Microsoft (Excel, PPT) & Canva
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
- Willing to proceed on a contract basis
