  • Managing customer or prospective customer databases.
  • Increase the closing rate.
  • Perform daily customer retention.
  • As well as build a good relationship with customers on a reguler basis.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience min. 3 years in CRM Staff or 1 years in CRM Supervisor.
  • Proven experience in customer data management, relationship management, and email marketing.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within and between divisions.
  • Proficient in software CRM (qontak.com, hubspot, barantum, power bi etc) is Must.
  • Fluent in active English.
  • Can join immediately.
