- Managing customer or prospective customer databases.

- Perform daily customer retention.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Experience min. 3 years in CRM Staff or 1 years in CRM Supervisor.
- Proven experience in customer data management, relationship management, and email marketing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within and between divisions.
- Proficient in software CRM (qontak.com, hubspot, barantum, power bi etc) is Must.
- Fluent in active English.
- Can join immediately.
