  • Stable Group runs 7 days a week phone answering service for Australian clients. Requiring constant training and monitoring towards improving the client’s call experience as well as optimising our team’s potential to grow.
  • Curently we have a well established office in Jakarta and planing to open remote office in Bali area.

Looking for a person who:

  • ● Exceptional communication skills (Near native English speaking) – You will be receiving calls from Australian customer
  • ● Strong English call center experience will be preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all activities within the team and providing guidance to each end’s goal.
  • Data analysis and reporting; including developing sales and marketing reports, monthly sales activity as well as flash figures.
  • Telephone answering (Australian clients)
  • Ensure to track and store monthly systems production reports.
  • Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well as rate analysis required for management and sales staff.
  • Assist sales and marketing staff as necessary at any phase of sales plus marketing efforts.
  • Support to develop marketing collateral.
  • Data entry to an online booking system and related administrative tasks.
  • Assist and support management team.
  • Assisting practicioners.
  • Conflict resolutions.
  • To be successful you are degree qualified and have proven extensive experience in related field. You have demonstrable excellent communication and relationship skills in addition to knowledge in various social media platforms, database management, email, social and website strategies will be an advantage.
  • Requirements
  • a Bachelor’s Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Personal Services, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

Required language:

English (Good and effective communicator).

  • Experience abroad is highly regarded.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. An acting team leader role or supervisor / coordinators experience specializing in customer care or equivalent will be an advantage.
  • Punctual and must be able to accept roster changes and public holiday shifts.

Working hours 8 hours a day between:

5:00/6.00 am to 2:00/3:00 pm Monday to Friday or over the weekend (if needed).

  • Lives within 1-hour travel time of our office (Bali Are – TBA)
