- To assurance of personnel awareness for the relevance and importance of their activities
- and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives .
- Maintenance quality performance of QC team .
- The audit product is taken place according to the procedure .
- Validate customer return .
- Organize and structure problem solving .
- Evaluate employee performance lo gauge where skills are lacking .
- Prepare learning materials for programs .
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs .
- Liaising with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions .
- Preparation and support trainer to have good training methodology .
- Build up the evaluation checklist needed with supervisor production
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Four to five years’ experience as a QA
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Decisiveness and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Results Oriented and Resilient
- In-depth problem solving and Analytical skills
- Molivating others, adapts to change, Influencing & persuading
- Ability to identiry gaps in skills
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Having TOT certification is a plus
