Job Summary:
- This sales position involves increasing revenue through a well-planned sales strategy through a mix of inbound and outbound leads. As a sales professional, your responsibilities will include being knowledgeable about our product offerings and how each might cater to clients depending on their needs and wants, building client relationships, understanding buying cycles, and representing the brand positively while achieving the company’s sales goals and projections.
Main responsibility:
1. Lead generation (Inbound & Outbound):
- Working closely with our marketing team, you will be responsible for handling all inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts and ensuring each lead is replied to in a timely manner. Then, you will qualify each lead and determine if they meet the criteria of a prospect. Then, nurture the prospect into a client. Inbound leads will be a mix of B2C and B2B.
- As an individual, you will be responsible for generating new leads by reaching out to potential clients who could be a good fit for the company. You will do this by cold calling, visiting businesses in person, attending conventions, and representing the company at special events. The goal is to exchange contact information and introduce these potential clients to our company, highlighting how they can benefit from the relationship. Outbound leads will be a mix of B2C and B2B.
2. Customer relationship management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. This involves comprehending the specific needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns of each individual or business in order to offer them a tailored solution. You will be using our CRM system to ensure that crucial details are documented and stored for each client, that each current or potential client is correctly categorized based on their position in the sales process, and that contact information is maintained accurately.Answer customer questions and concerns and provide excellent customer service.
3. Product knowledge:
- Sales professionals are required to have extensive knowledge of our product offerings. This includes staying up to date with product changes, such as new releases and promotions. It’s important to stay informed about industry trends to provide well-informed advice to customers and to train and support retail employees on product features and benefits.
4. Promotional activities:
- Plan and manage in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
- 1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
2. Experience:
- – Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- – Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
