Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and comprehensive support to the exclusive distributor to drive market success.
- Lead and manage sales operations across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels, ensuring optimal market penetration and growth.
- Oversee and coordinate the Finance, Accounting, and HR teams to ensure smooth internal operations and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to build strong relationships with local customers and distributors, ensuring effective market engagement and feedback.
- Report directly to the CEO, providing valuable insights on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- A Master’s degree is preferred, with a proven track record in sales and marketing within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Extensive experience managing distributors and multi-channel sales strategies (GT and MT).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate and be based in Vietnam, taking ownership of the regional market.
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required to effectively navigate diverse market environments.
