Job Description
Sales Manager – Engineering Materials will be responsible for:
- to help develop, build & maximize long term profitability and success of distribution business through active involvement in sales & marketing strategies, master plan discussions and management of the direct sales costs.
- to provide the effective link between our customers and Omya, to ensure the needs in the marketplace are understood and met where appropriate.
- to identify and develop new business and market opportunities for distribution products throughout Indonesia and sustainable business growth, in accordance with Company objectives and targets
- to help define direction of future distribution business developments in Indonesia, in close collaboration with Managing Director and Group Distribution Services
Qualifications:
- • Minimum 5 years experience in sales and in building an Engineering Materials, Engineering Plastic / ABS / PET / TPU / Acrylic / Polycarbonate, Polymers supplier and customer base and multi account development & management
- • Experience in Matrix organization will be an added advantage
- • Team player with ability to work within existing sales team members and work effectively across functions.
- • Experienced in handling material and forecasting
- • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- • Fluent in English, Mandarin will be beneficial.
- • Willing to travel across Indonesia and potentially within Region Asia Pacific on regular basis.
