Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of office administrative supports, including but not limited to office supplies management, office expense billing, courier service arrangement etc.
- Handle business travel arrangement, including air ticket and accommodation booking, visa application etc.
- Provide support to Sales Department. Maintain and update sales and customer record.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth execution of the various duties
- Qualification and Experience
- At least 2 years of related office administration experience.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Responsible, well-organized fast-learner, proactive and self-motivated
