Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative supports, including but not limited to office supplies management, office expense billing, courier service arrangement etc.
  • Handle business travel arrangement, including air ticket and accommodation booking, visa application etc.
  • Provide support to Sales Department. Maintain and update sales and customer record.
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth execution of the various duties
  • Qualification and Experience
  • At least 2 years of related office administration experience.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Responsible, well-organized fast-learner, proactive and self-motivated
