- Conduct financing, guarantee, and insurance activities—including planning, implementation, and business development—in accordance with the scope of the managed area to achieve LPEI’s business targets.

- Develop target market proposals and identify feasible potential debtors or clients.
- Conduct marketing activities for LPEI products aimed at (potential) debtors.
- Analyze and prepare marketing strategy proposals to achieve business targets while fostering good relationships with debtors or clients.
- Analyze and perform risk assessments on various aspects of business proposals.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of (potential) debtors.
- Monitor debtors’ business activities to ensure they fulfill their obligations and financing requirements, including taking preventive measures in case of declining performance.
- Analyze and prepare proposals for assessing the collectability of financing, including individual CKPN calculations, and maintain collectability in collaboration with related work units.

- Conduct all operational activities in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance.
- Follow up on the fulfillment of audit recommendations.
- Perform other duties as needed according to institutional requirements and/or instructions from superiors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a degree from a reputable university; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience in banking and/or financial institutions.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with teams and various stakeholders.
- Preferably a graduate of a Management Development Program (MDP) from a reputable bank.
- A professional qualification in risk management is preferred.
