Manages, oversees coordination and guide activities of the function covering:
contract, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering and cost awareness and management, post contract management
- Monitoring subcontractors, safety practices, construction progress and material needs, including any changes which may impact costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management
- Having 3 years of proven experience as Quantity Surveyor Manager in reputable developer company
- Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, and team management skills
- Will be handling our newest project at Sentul, Bogor
