- Analyzing the costs of various types of work in preparation for tenders
- Preparing tender documents (RAB approval, P3,Drawing For tender, contractor price comparison)
- Controls the budget and analyzes the cost benefits for all aspects of the work
- Tracks any changes to the design or actual work and adjusts the budget projection.
- Prepares and monitors the administration of activities and completeness of documents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the related field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication in English
- Computer literate (Ms Office and AutoCAD)
- Analytical & logical thinking skill
- Time management skill
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
