- Conduct and update audits for new vendors to assess their eligibility for use by the company.
- Provide education and guidance to vendors with low ratings who are still required by the company.
- Lead Pre-Production Meetings (PPM).
- Inspect production at every stage of the process (inline, pre-final, and final).
- Provide solutions to issues that arise during the production process.
- Monitor and address customer complaints.
- Prepare Quality Control (QC) reports for necessary follow-up actions.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum D4/Bachelor’s Degree in Production Garment, Textile Industry, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Fashion Apparel Industry.
- Proficient in understanding the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) System.
- Ability to plan and organize inspection processes.
- Capable of conducting material arrival inspections.
- Able to lead product inspection processes.
- Skilled in evaluating product quality.
- Competent in preparing and reporting inspection results.
- Detail-oriented, Strong critical thinking skills, and Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- High integrity.
