- Min Diploma degree from engineering/mechanical background
- Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
- Having related experience min 10years from the steel fabrication/construction for oil & gas industry, subsea project, piping and spool project
- Holding valid CSWIP 3.2 certificate and other related certificate for welding inspection
- Having experience to liaise with client representative both local and foreign
- The work location/yard in Bintan Island – Riau Island province
Understand the welding standard/code:
AWS/ASME
- Having experience to handle subordinate with various trade
- Having experience for the manpower and job planning
