- PROJECT MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)
Placement:
Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur
Responsibilities:
- Create a detailed project plan, outlining phases, key milestones, resource allocation, and timelines for each new project stage.
- Establish a clear schedule and workflow, coordinating between departments and any parties
- Ensure project alignment with production capacity and overall manufacturing strategy.
- Conduct feasibility studies for the new project, analyzing potential risks, costs, and benefits.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements, technical specifications, and resources needed for the new project.
- Develop and manage the project budget, securing funding, and controlling expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify resource needs, including manpower, equipment, and raw materials, ensuring their availability at each phase of the project.
- Manage procurement processes to source materials and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to establish contracts and monitor delivery timeline.
- Resolve unexpected challenges promptly and keep stakeholders informed of any changes or delays.
- Ensure that new technologies or processes introduced as part of the project are successfully integrated into existing manufacturing systems.
- Lead a post-mortem analysis to document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management techniques (scheduling, risk management, resource allocation).
- Skilled in using project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams with technical and non-technical backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to quickly adapt to changes and a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to travel as needed for project requirements.
