Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Procurement or Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
Must have experience in similar industry (Home Appliance:
Sharp, LG, AQUA, Panasonic, Etc)
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Excellent in negotiation & communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel preferred)

English
- Willing to work in East Karawang, Kawasan Suryacipta
Job Description:
- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Coordination with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
