Job Description

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Partnerships:

  • • Research potential partners and initiate contact to build new relationships that are aligned with Accor Plus’ partnership strategy and value structure
  • • Follow up on leads generated through research, sales offices, sales calls, and networking events
  • • Understand current business needs of prospecting partners and develop value propositions to present Accor Plus as a befitting solution
  • • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to implement membership fulfillment to deliver a smooth and seamless member experience
  • • Facilitate and oversee the setup of new partnerships
  • • Synergize and build new partner relationships with the support of Accor Loyalty, Partnerships, and Sales teams
  • • Work with the Director to develop and execute business development initiatives
  • • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote Accor Plus

Account Management:

  • • Active day-to-day account management to meet partners’ business needs
  • • Optimise perceived partnership value to partners and partnership members
  • • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver ongoing solutions to partners’ queries and requests
  • • Define and develop reporting on sales pipeline and performance KPIs
  • • Implement strategy, execute initiatives, and identify further opportunities in cultivating meaningful engagement to drive membership activation and to achieve partnership KPIs
  • • Analyze sales and market trends, and track unit sales and revenue to evaluate partnership performance
  • • Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts
  • • Produce, organize, and maintain business development materials including competitive intelligence, membership activity insights, and contact lists
  • • Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
  • • Acts as an Accor Plus and Accor Ambassador, aiming to enhance the company’s image, market reputation and brand awareness, building strong relationships with Accor and our partners
  • KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
  • Managing Sales Performance
  • • Weekly contact report set for scheduled appointments,
  • • Weekly sales updates and progress reports on prospect partnerships
  • • Tracking sales performance through the effective use of all performance reports
  • • Manage the collection, collation, and distribution of all sales support information, both internal and external
  • Client Relationship Management
  • • Maintain ongoing relationships with key personnel of Accor in your region
  • • Ensure customer feedback/requests are handled promptly and forwarded to Member Services where appropriate
  • • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients, providing insights into the partnership behavior and activation
  • • Notify the Director of all ongoing client/member difficulties
  • Administration
  • • Manage and ensure accurate weekly reporting to the Director
  • • Set Weekly Plans for scheduled appointments
  • • Weekly sales updates and progress reports on all clients
