Job Description
- Diploma of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or handling Beauty Advisor, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on managing and developing teams.
- Strong leadership, team management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering impactful results customer -focused with strong problem-solving skills proficiency in Mincrosoft Office Suite & relevant business software
- Full-time position with occasional travel required to visit different locations
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
