- Mechanical, Piping, and Electrical Drafter
- Job Purpose
- To support and strengthen newly formed shipyard engineering team to interprets drawings and prepares mechanical plans system, piping plans system, electrical instrument plans and reports. Collaborates with the engineering team leader & project in charge to support project design deliverables and technical aspects.
- Job Responsibilities
- Have knowledge in interpret drawings (General Arrangement Drawings, Basic Drawing, Detail/Production Drawing)
- Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
- Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills
- Coordinate with Project to prepare drawing and distribute drawing.
- Preparation of drawing report (document control)
- Update as-build drawing.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marine engineering, naval architecture or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Mechanical, Piping, and Electrical Drafter in a shipyard
- Able to operate AutoCAD System and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates excellent integrity and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiently plan, design drawings, and manage projects
- Requires a proven ability preparation of steel weight report
- Willing to be placed in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
