- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce manager level
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, livestreaming, and analytics.
- Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem solving.
- Strong planning skills
- Familiarity with skincare products is a plus.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle the appropriate strategy for each brand.
- Determine number of target KOL that effective and eficient for each brand.
- Determine KPI for each KOL leader and KOL specialist.
- Achieve maximum and measurable ROI from each KOL.
- Handle a workflow for KOL specialists to ensure monitoring and measurability.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with content managers for campaigns, content plans, and posting schedules.
- Support all events that require Key Opinion Leaders.
- Develop the affiliation and community for each brand.
- Identify KOL trends and implementing them for KOL specialists and leaders.
