- REQUIREMENT
- -Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or related field
- -Minimum 2 years of footwear industry experience.
- -Exposure in IE project (One Pair System etc.)
- -Hands on in shoe process development
- -Analyse and addressing problem solving in production process
- -Proactive / communicative / resilient / attitude / composure personality
- -Ability to establish priorities and time management.
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- – Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- – Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- – Supporting informed decision making, and responsible for procuring coupon/standard Production Minutes Statements for each article in production
- – Design and implement effective systems and workflows that align with organizational goals and promote a lean and agile operational environment.
- – Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or safety standards.
- – Work closely with cross-functional teams, to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
- – Ensure that the 5S of the work area.
