Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment according to company needs.
- Take full responsibilities and work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling hiring needs
- Fully in charge for end to end hiring process, from Job posting to new joiner onboarding
- Multifaceted in optimizing and working with multiple sourcing tools and medias
- Source high quality candidates in-line with organization needs
- Create improvement plan and execute recruitment improvement projects
- Ensuring all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadline
- Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing.
- Have knowledge about Training and KPI (Prefer)
- other task from HRGA Manager/ Management
- Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- FMCG background will be a huge point
- Have experience recruit e-commerce sector
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and FMCG Sector
- Able to work cohesively with the team and across departments
- Can speak English
