Job Description
Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- 2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- 3. Evaluate Recruitment Process.
- 4. Manages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company, Career Path, Development Program, and others.
- 5. Plan, implementation, evaluate Training Needs Analysist (TNA) regarding on company needs.
- 6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- 7. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- 8. Nurture a positive working environment.
- 9. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- 10. Maintain compensation and benefits program.
- 11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- 12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- 13. Partners with third parties, Government or private sector related with employement regulation and others.
Requirements:
- 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, and related field.
- 2. At least 3 – 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 3. People oriented and results driven.
- 4. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- 5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- 6. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- 9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- 10.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- 11.Strong decision-making skills.
- 12. Good communication in English both written and oral.
