Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full HR cycle, performance management, and career development.
- Lead the process of organizational design, SOP development, and business process optimization.
- Collaborate with the technology team to develop HR strategies that support digital transformation.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
- Analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor and 5 years as HR Staff.
- Experience with HRIS and other digital HR technologies (experience with Sunfish is a plus).
- Ability to work closely with senior management and internal stakeholders to implement HR strategies.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HR data analysis for metrics-based decision-making.
- Experience in digital organizational transformation and the implementation of HR technology.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, HR Analytics
