- Job Responsibilities
- Leading the finance and accounting team in the preparation, supervision, and reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable finance regulations and standards.
- Managing the company’s budget and contributing to long-term financial planning.
- Interacting with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Managing banking relationships and overseeing the company’s financing and investments.
- Developing and implementing efficient and effective accounting procedures.
- Providing financial reports and analysis to the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform other financial analyses requested by stakeholders.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in financial software
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
- Have experience in team management
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
