- Manage and build company’s marketplace/sosmed accounts (ig/fb) for daily operations.
- Build, plan and monitor marketing spending, promotions and new product introductions (both in marketplace and in livestream/sosmed).
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Do sales marketing e-commerce analytics.
- Sosmed (Instagram and facebook) content writer including product description, link to marketplace.
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine ranking.
- Passionate in creating and making new ideas/concepts for sosmed post/reels.
- Able to meet target sales each month
Requirements:
- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in E-Commerce or equivalent.
- Fully experienced in E-Commerce/sosmed or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with online shopping channels (e.g. Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Blibli, Bukalapak, Tiktok) and social media posts/feeds/reels (e.g. Facebook and Instagram).
- Understanding of digital promotion & advertising, able to work together as a team and/or with outsource.
- Experience in the E-Commerce/Livestreaming managements.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint, Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, basic video editing for reels/ short video post or other related design/editing program.
- Preferably fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce/sosmed websites/portals.
