Job Description
- As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and achieve our marketing goals. You will play a key role in strategizing, executing, and analyzing performance marketing initiatives, with a focus on TikTok Ads and marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Test and iterate on different marketing approaches to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform broader marketing strategies.
TikTok Ads Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to increase ROAS.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and advertising features to leverage new opportunities.
Marketplace Ads Optimization:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on marketplaces like Tokopedia and Shopee.
- Develop strategies to achieve the highest possible ROAS through effective ad placement and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace ad performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
Campaign Coordination with Marketplaces:
- Collaborate with marketplace partners to plan and execute promotional campaigns such as flash sales, Twin Date, and other special events.
- Coordinate logistics, creatives, and budget allocations for marketplace-specific campaigns.
- Track and report on the performance of collaborative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior and conversion paths.
- Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads and marketplace ads (Tokopedia, Shopee).
- Experience in running and optimizing campaigns to achieve high ROAS.
Certifications:
- Google AdWords Certification is mandatory.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Marketing Partner) are a plus.
