Job Description
- Job RoleExecutes the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new segments and products, leading consulting sales engagements . Provides pre-sales support to the Commercial Director and sales team to capture opportunities and meet client needs.Main Responsibilities
- Execute the GTM strategy for launching new market segments and products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align and implement the GTM plan.
- Lead consulting sales engagements by delivering tailored pitches powered by data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, understanding their business needs.
- Utilize credit data, decisioning tools and market insight to offer customized solutions that meet client goals.
- Provide pre-sales support to the Commercial Director and sales team, aiding in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to grow and enhance sales pipelines through innovative market approaches.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and GTM execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant certifications are preferred, with 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or business development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) and drive alignment towards common objectives.
- Expertise in leading consulting sales engagements, delivering data-driven pitches, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities to monitor market trends, utilize client feedback, and continuously improve GTM execution and service offerings.
- This Head of Level position requires a strategic leader who can oversee GTM execution, lead consulting sales, and drive business growth
