- Qualifications & experience
- Prior experience in business development, especially within HVAC, renewable energy, or related industries in Bali region
- Strong focus on achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Driven, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to think long-term, crafting strategies for sustained market growth.
- Understanding of heat pump technology, energy efficiency, and environmental impact will be a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to present technical products in a compelling manner.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential distributors, installers, and service providers who can help sell and install heat pumps.
- Study local competitors, their market share, pricing strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and product offerings.
- Build strategic partnerships with architects, energy-saving organizations, real estate developers…
- Actively search for sales leads, project tenders, and opportunities to bid on heat pump installations in both the residential and commercial sectors.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective clients (developers, property owners, industrial operators) and partners, nurturing these leads into contracts.
- Prepare and submit proposals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
