- Establish and run the work process (SOP) correctly;
- Active communication among employees;
- Comply with the company’s confidentiality regulations；
- MS Office and Internet;
- English both in written and verbal;
Specific Requirements:
- Ability to review and revise equipment operation SOP and operation and maintenance manual;
- Ability to timely grasp equipment operating status and production status assessment;
- Be familiar with the structure, principles, and characteristics of the equipment and the basic principles of all protective and automatic devices.
- Ability to analyze various accidents and abnormal situations, and guide operators to perform normal operations and handle abnormal accidents.
- Ability to analyze and supervise various economic and technical indicators.
- Be familiar with the operating principles of systems and equipment.
- Be familiar with national and industry standards related to Thermal coal-fired power plant.
