PT Bali Utama Cakrawala – Discovery Mall Bali is looking for the most suitable candidates for Assistant Casual Leasing & Exhibition Manager located in Bali with the details:
Role Objectives:
- The Assistant Casual Leasing & Exhibition Manager will directly report to the General Manager of Leasing. This position will assist the General Manager of Leasing in overseeing all aspects of leasing management. Responsible for developing leasing plans and negotiating with prospective malls in line with the business plan.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Experienced as Asst. Casual Leasing & Exhibition Manager for at least 2 years
- Strong experience in exhibition or event management
- Strong project management skills
- Following the market trend especially in Mall industry
- Possess good relationship with potential casual tenants and event organizer (EO)
- Active person, have excellent communication skill, and negotiation skill
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment, self-starter, demonstrated organization skills, team player, and willingness to learn
- Willing to be located in Bali.
Responsibilities:
- Actively looking for participants (tenants/exhibitors) to occupy the exhibition area based on the target of increasing the Mall’s traffic
- Manage all casual leasing activities, including attracting and negotiating with tenants
- Fulfilling occupancy rate goals/targets that have been set by the Mall management
- Establish a relationship with Organizer (EO) and tenants which has a good quality product
- Prepare all documents regarding exhibition area rental activities, including correspondence to prospective tenants
- Responsible for maintaining relationship and updating prospective tenants/exhibitors
- Ensure tenant satisfaction and adherence to regulations and policies
- Manage documents for all rental transactions, including LOI, renewal, signing, and termination of rental agreements
- Build good relationships with related parties such as tenants or prospective tenants, investors, as well as mall managers, or other parties deemed necessary to improve mall leasing performance.
