Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies (Sell-In, Sell-Out).
- Monitor and control Beauty Advisors (BA) in the area.
- Maintain good relationships with partners and outlets.
- Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached.
- Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target.
- Monitor salesman target achievement.
- Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors.
- Attain report updates regularly from distributors (SI, SO, toko pareto).
- Ensure all distributor claims are in accordance with the designated provision
- Deliver sales report (SO distributor) weekly and monthly.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 Degree
- Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus)
- Willing to work mobile to monitor areas
- Great communication skill
- Able to work with target
- Domicilie at Bandung areas
