- M-150 is a Thai energy drink brand that was exclusively imported by a Jakarta-based company in 2002. The company’s vision is to become a leading beverage company in Indonesia in the energy and sports drink category. M-150 is intended to increase energy, revitalization, and improve mood. This drink is enriched with nutrients such as vitamins – B3, B5, B6, and inositol, and its caffeine content is lower than coffee.
- M-150 Indonesia is committed to expanding throughout Indonesia, requiring several best candidates that we can place in the M-150 work area (Sumatera Utara, Riau, Lampung, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Timur, Kalimantan Tengah, Cirebon, Jember and Bali)
Key Responsibilities:
- – Lead and motivate the sales team DT to achieve and exceed sales targets
- – Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- – Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- – Daily Market visit, Join call and business review with DT’s & customers
- – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in FMCG sales management:
more than 3 years in GT channel
- – Strong leadership, Data analyze, Presentation and motivational skills
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- – In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- – Bachelor’s degree
- – Age not more than 35 years
