Responsibilities:
- Office Supplies Management.
- Responsible Expatriate Permit Extension.
- Responsible for office and employee accomodations monthly billing.
- Petty Cash Management.
- Business trip process, Hotel booking, flight booking, etc.
- Package Delivery Management.
- Maintain Vendor Relations.
- Provide Administrative Support.
- Maintain and update office records, maintenance of company assets, databases, and filing systems.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking etc.
- Lease agreements and permits related to office needs.
- Complete another task related that given by superior
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Min 2 years experience in related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to general affairs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulations regarding expatriate permits is highly desirable.
- Initiative and independence in carrying out responsibilities.
- Have good negotiation skills with 3rd parties (suppliers/vendors).
- Multitasking.
