- Have working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s):
Accounting/Tax
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Excel) or related programs
- Excellent at Operating Accounting System (Accurate5 will be advantage)
- Understand Indonesia’s Tax Regulations and Accounting Principles
- Ability to Work Well in Team
- Detail-oriented, Organized, and Meticulous
- Good Communication in English (Both Oral and Written)
- Highly Responsible with Good Initiative, Aggressive and Able to Work Under Pressure
Job Descriptions:
- Preparing Journal Entry / Daily Journal & Financial Transaction in Accounting System (Accurate5).
- Preparing & Monitoring Monthly Accounting Daily Report & Transaction.
- Handle AR/AP.
- Reconcile Bank Statements & Petty Cash.
- Check and Control Data Supporting of Accounting Transactions.
- Submit Monthly Financial Report.
- Ensuring Invoice Journal and Billing are Made and Accurate.
- Handling Monthly PPH & PPN Payment and reporting summary.
- Responsible for Filling and Documenting.
