- Assist engineer for new equipment benchmark, optimization, capability roadmaps and tooling equipment
- Troubleshoot deviations using systematic troubleshooting techniques
- Verify correct process variables for production
- Ability to read and follow wire harness assembly instructions.
- Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner
- Operate, set – up and PM semi-automatic equipment such as wire cutting, crimp presses, wire twisters
- Conducts functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products
- Wire harness assembly experience highly preferred
Qualification and Skills:
- D3 technique machine / Electronic with 2 years of experience in wire harness
- Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics and follow written or verbal instructions
- Motivated and detail oriented
- Attention to detail, excellent hand dexterity
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Possesses good communication skills and a great attitude
