Job Descriptions:
- Assisting, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
- Assisting and controlling daily operations, including inventory and logistics.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with the regulations.
- Managing stock control and reconciling with the data storage system.
- Creating and keeping accurate day-by-day and monthly reports.
- Ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Following Management’s KPIs and measuring them on a regular basis.
- Complete troubleshooting of warehouse operations.
- Adhere to the company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous working experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Food Manufacturing.
- Minimum D3, preferable bachelor’s degree/S1 or the equivalent in any field of study.
- Having a good understanding of Management Inventory Warehouse.
- Having a good knowledge of Health and Safety (K3), 5R, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
- Having knowledge of FSSC, ISO, Halal, Kosher, and GMP processes.
- Having certification as Health and Safety Officer (AK3U) by BNSP/Kemnaker is an advantage.

English
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead a big team and coordinate with third parties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, planning, and organization.
- Have high integrity, honesty, dynamic, highly organized, and excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to work in shifts and to be placed in Surabaya.
