Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Utility Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of utility, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of essential services such as water, electricity (LVMV and power distribution), generator sets, chiller systems, HVAC, and crane-lifting devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Organization:
Develop and execute an annual work plan aligned with management strategies. Plan, organize, and control the activities of the utility department to maintain and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of utility machines.
Maintenance Management:
Ensure all utility machines and systems, including generators, chiller systems, HVAC, and crane-lifting devices, are maintained in prime condition. Continuously develop and improve utility systems.
Budget & Performance:
Prepare and manage budgets, implement work plans, and evaluate performance periodically. Take corrective actions as necessary to meet targets and optimize utility operations.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all work practices and conditions adhere to occupational safety standards. Promote a culture of safety within the team.
Qualification:
- Minimum Education Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
Maximum age:
45 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a utility manager
