Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
1. Materials and Production Planning:
Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products based on latest demand forecast.
2. Procurement:
Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
3. Customer Service:
Oversee customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to improve Voice of Customer (VOC), Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
4. Warehousing:
Manage warehousing operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
5. Transportation:
Oversee transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry with a proven track record of success in supply chain operations.
- Deep knowledge and exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations; demand planning and forecasting, inventory optimization, export import processes and compliances, procurement and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles, with experience implementing process optimization initiatives to streamline operations and reduce waste or, familiar with Operation Excellent, World class Manufacturing concepts and methodology (e.g. IWS or FEM).
- Update on the Ex-Im regulations to follow.
- Strong Leadership and results oriented;
- Delivers results under first-time conditions or tough circumstances.
- Works well under pressure.
- Fluent in English; communication and writing
