Job Description
Responsibilities:
- •Supervise the day to day operations of Security Supervisors and the contract guard groups, for whom they are responsible, in controlling vehicles entering and exiting the property, patrolling areas, controlling traffic on company roads, investigations, searches, monitoring security systems and responding to alarms.
- •Prepare and implement security procedures, instructions and orders.
- •Supervise the preparation of, and approve rosters and schedules to ensure continuous and effective security force supervision, direction and coordination.
- •Review reports prepared by Security personnel and take follow-up action as necessary.
- •Supervise investigations of incidents that occur on PTAMNT property, in conjunction with law enforcement officials when necessary, and keep supervisors apprised of findings.
- •Supervise Security activities in emergency situations by staying apprised of emergency response systems, monitoring emergency activities and responding as outlined in company procedures, keeping supervisors apprised of situation with regular updates.
- •Instructs security officers as to the appropriate response to incidents or unusual events.
- •May be required to travel and assist other sites (Mataram, Elang, Dodo, Lemurung).
- •Review reports from Representative Security Operations and forward to Sr. Project Site Manager with comments and recommendations.
- •Supervise storing, issuing and accountability of PTAMNT equipment issued to security personnel and supporting Law Enforcement Agencies and forward a consolidated monthly report to the Sr. Project Manager.
- •Provide advice and guidance on security matters to company personnel and residents.
- •Review security related documents to provide advice on and interpretation of matters contained therein.
- •Conduct security presentations for Company personnel, Government representatives and contracted security agency employees.
- •Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with Indonesian Laws and Regulations regarding security matters as well as company policy.
- •Supervise neatness and maintenance of Security offices, Guard posts and the immediate area surrounding these buildings.
- •Supervise and ensure that all defects, damage, excessive overgrowth or any other issues that might influence effective security operations are rectified.
- •Supervise the managing of security monitoring systems in the respective areas of deployment.
- •Other duties as assigned.

- •Must have excellent speaking and communication skills (English & Indonesia) and able to speak to groups and communicate abstract concepts.
