Criteria:
- – Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- – Good analytical thinking (analyze logs and API responses, analyze bugs)
- – Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- – Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- – Experience with Agile methodologies, including sprints and retrospective.
- – Experience with Manual or Automation testing
- – Proficiency in testing Web Apps, Mobile Apps (iOS & Android apps), and API
- – Familiarity with testing tools such as QASE.io, Postman
- – Familiarity with automation tools such Playwright, K6 is a plus
- – Understanding of database concepts and queries (MySQL) is a plus.
- – Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
- – Experience in development software process, preferably in Health sectors is a plus.
- – Able to work from office (WFO Bandung).
Job Description:
- – Work with Product Managers, Dev team, and UI/UX team in understanding the product, domain, and various features
- – Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- – Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases/scenario ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- – Estimate and prioritize testing activities.
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- – Conduct quality assurance and troubleshoot any errors
- – Analyze complex software systems and collaborate with others to improve the overall design, testability, and quality
- – Ensure all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
- – Report, track, and monitor defects/bugs.
