- Job Brief
- We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, user-generated content management, and organized photoshoots. They should also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to think critically and manage their time effectively.
- Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation:
Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies in alignment with organizational or client objectives and target audience.
Content Creation:
Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive formats.
- Schedule, advertise, analyze, and maintain social media profiles for internal purposes and clients.
Community Engagement:
Participate in fostering and maintaining relationships with both internal and external social media audiences, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Support:
Supports the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, and brand initiatives, utilizing both organic and paid strategies.
Platform Management:
Stay informed about the latest features and trends on major social media platforms and assist in optimizing the organization’s or client’s presence accordingly.
Performance Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring and analyzing key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Measure the success and predefined KPIs of dedicated social media channels and profiles and stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, content, design, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Client Communication:
Support the Social Media Manager in maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients regarding objectives, progress, and results. Provide updates and reports, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Influencer Relations:
Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance social media reach and engagement.
Crisis Support:
Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols for managing social media crises and negative feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Adhere to established quality standards for social media content and campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and organizational standards.
Issue Resolution:
Address any social media-related issues or conflicts as they arise, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to find solutions and maintain project momentum.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to social media projects, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Reporting:
Assist in preparing and delivering reports to senior management, supervisors, and clients, providing insights into social media performance and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in social media account management, with a focus on account management.
- Strong technical and soft skills in social media handling.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, reputation management, and user-generated content management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- You have your own Laptop and Mobile Phone.
- Open to traveling for content creation.
- Able to handle a photo, or video shooting and directing responsible persons in their role.
- Candidates must be based in Bali or within a comparable location.
- Experienced in an agency will be highly preferable.
Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Day off on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Religious Holiday
