- Responsibilities
- Schedules and plans audits, including initiates project planning and program, assess risk and develops audit direction, and provides leadership to assigned auditors to implement the plan/program.
- Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews workpapers and audit reports; edits reports prepared by other auditors and finalize the reports.
- Monitors audit activities and auditor performance to ensure those meets schedule and standard.
- Regularly present audit result to auditee.
- As a coach or trainer to develop auditors skill and knowledge
- Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university.
- 10+ years of working experience as Auditor and 5 years in managerial level in the Retail Company is required for this position. Preferably having working experience at Big Four Public Accountant Firm.
- Holding QIA/CIA/CA ceritificate is strongly desired.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (Written & Oral)
- Understand Mandarin language
- Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio).
