- This ideal candidate will maintain existing end customers and look for new opportunities on after-sales spare parts and services prospects for generator sets, the candidates must have experience with market demand and competition. They will also conduct simple checking and inspection on end customer’s equipment and provide the necessary recommendation report to troubleshoot in the case of problems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activity for spare part & service for direct customer.
- Expand and increase covered level of sales for direct customer for MGS user, OEM and other.
- Maintain and improve relationship with active customer.
- Make quotation, follow up RFQ from customer and others.
- Coordinate with related section to follow up quotation and order received.
- Make regular report for sales activity and result.
- Supervise sales staff and sales engineer.
Requirements:
- Has product knowledge of engine and generator sets or heavy equipment.
- Has 5 years experience in sales of spare parts and services (similar business more preferable).
- Has 2 years experience (at least) for supervisor or leader.
- S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation Engineering or related qualification
- Ability to provide technical and after sales assistance for customer.
- Has knowledge for maintenance standards, troubleshooting, and repair works.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable
- Has sales skills such as presentation, communication, negotiation, keep and improve
- relationship with the customer.
